Maryland football is ready to rely on its wide receiver depth

In Mike Locksley’s first season as Maryland football’s head coach, the Terps focused on the running game. With five dynamic backs and two dual-threat signal callers, the game plan was simple: run early and run often.

Get to Know: Darryl Jones

Wide receiver Darryl Jones enters his junior season with 24 games and eight starts under his belt, having accumulated 305 yards receiving over his first two years. Jones is part of a stacked receiving group this season which is led by himself and fellow juniors Dontay Demus Jr. and Brian Cobbs..
