Get To Know: Dontay Demus

Wide receiver Dontay Demus Jr. had a sensational sophomore season in 2019, tallying 41 receptions for 625 yards and six touchdowns. Demus' six touchdowns were the most by a Maryland sophomore since DJ Moore in 2016. The Washington D.C. native has caught a pass in 15 straight games and has two 100-yard receiving days. Through two seasons as a Terp, Demus has accumulated 903 yards on 54 receptions. umterps.com caught up with Demus as he prepares for the 2020 season.
