Football is back! Maryland returns to the field on March 29 for the first of 15 spring practices. The Terrapins will practice three times a week for five weeks and hold their Annual Red-White Spring Game on Saturday, April 30.

APRIL 23
The Terps held their final closed scrimmage inside Maryland Stadium this past Saturday as they gear up for the Red-White Spring Game on April 30.
Saturday's scrimmage was filled with big plays, including a kickoff return touchdown by Deonte Banks, a long touchdown pass from Taulia Tagovailoa to Jacob Copeland and this beautiful acrobatic grab by Corey Dyches.

APRIL 16
The Terrapins returned to The Shell on Saturday as Maryland held its first scrimmage of spring camp. Back inside the stadium for the first time since November, the team ran through approximately 100 plays while getting the entire roster reps and working though various situations.

The Terps wrapped up week two of spring ball with a spirited practice on Saturday morning.

APRIL 5
Maryland held its first practice of the second week of spring ball on Tuesday. With rainy conditions in the area for most of the afternoon, the Terps went inside for their first practice of the spring in full pads. MARCH 29
The Maryland football team kicked off spring practice on Tuesday. Prior to hitting the field, Terrapin head coach Michael Locksley met with the media to talk about all that has gone on during the winter months leading into spring practice.
Media Availability
After team meetings, the Terps held their first practice of the spring inside the Jones-Hill House indoor facility. The team held a roughly two hour practice in spiders. Tuesday marked the first official practice for several transfers, early enrollees and new position coaches.
