Jake Funk had been a member of the Maryland football program since 2016, but Maryland fans wanted to know more about the Terrapins' main man in the backfield in 2020.

Men's Basketball
The 2020 Big Ten Sixth Man of the Year, Aaron Wiggins, was one of the big reasons the Terrapins won a share of the Big Ten Championship.

What didn't Ashley Owusu do in 2020? The guard from Woodbridge, Virginia, led Maryland to the Big Ten championship, was named the Big Ten Tournament MVP, and was selected as the conferences Freshman of the Year. Terrapin fans couldn't help but want to find out more about Owusu.

Football
The speedster out of Hyattsville, Maryland, thrilled Terrapin fans throughout the 2019 season gashing opposing defenses. McFarland then gained even more notoriety when he became the first Terp selected in the 2020 NFL Draft, going to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
