Since 1991, the Gossett Football Team House has served as the home for the Maryland Football team. In Winter 2020, the Football team will move to a new home in Jones-Hill House, allowing the expansion of Gossett to provide locker rooms, a weight room, and a medical support area for a multitude of student-athletes to access.

- Larger separated locker rooms, team rooms and meeting rooms
- Increased Sports Medicine room with new rehabilitative and recovery equipment, inclusive of hydrotherapy space
- Shared weight and training area for multiple teams
- Private offices and locker rooms for coaches and training staff
