- Led Maryland to back-to-back ACC championships (2009 and 2010) and was named Tournament MVP both seasons
- Two-time ACC Player of the Year (2009 and 2010); Three-time All-ACC (2008, 2009, 2010)
- 2010 CoSIDA Academic All-American; Four-time ACC All-Academic Team selection
- Two-time ACC Women's Lacrosse Scholar Athlete of the Year (2009 & 2010)
- Two-time member of the U.S. National Team; Helped the U.S. win gold medals in the 2009 & 2013 FIL World Championships
- Has helped lead Maryland to four NCAA championships and seven regular-season conference championships and five conference tournament titles as a coach
