Two-time All-America (first-team in 2004, and third-team in 2003)
Selected to the All-ACC team as a senior in 2004
Team captain of the 2004 ACC Championship team
Top 15 nominee for Tewaaraton Award as a senior (one of only three defenders to be nominees) in 2004
Finished his career tied for first in all-time caused turnovers (75)
Selected for induction into the Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2024
Played professionally for nine seasons with the Denver Outlaws of the MLL, Helped lead the Outlaws to the MLL Championship in 2005 & 2014
8-time MLL All-Star and 5-time All-MLL
2012 & 2013 MLL Defensive Player of the Year (one of just four players to win the honor in back-to-back seasons)
Member of the 2014 US National Team that took home a silver medal at the FIL World Championships, Alternate on the 2010 US National Team
