- Top 15 nominee for Tewaaraton Award as a senior (one of only three defenders to be nominees) in 2004
- Finished his career tied for first in all-time caused turnovers (75)
- Selected for induction into the Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2024
- Played professionally for nine seasons with the Denver Outlaws of the MLL, Helped lead the Outlaws to the MLL Championship in 2005 & 2014
- 8-time MLL All-Star and 5-time All-MLL
- 2012 & 2013 MLL Defensive Player of the Year (one of just four players to win the honor in back-to-back seasons)
- Member of the 2014 US National Team that took home a silver medal at the FIL World Championships, Alternate on the 2010 US National Team
