Maryland's Sarver Named ACC Player of the Week

Greensboro, N.C. - Maryland's Keri Sarver (Massillon, Ohio/Jackson) was named Atlantic Coast Conference women's soccer Player of the Week after tallying six goals and two assists for 14 points to lead to the Terps to three victories for the week ending Sept. 27.

The senior from Massillon, Ohio totaled five points with two goals and one assist in Maryland's 4-2 victory over No. 20 George Mason on Sept. 23.

On Sept. 25, Sarver scored one goal and had one assist in Maryland's 3-1 victory over Texas. She capped the week with her fourth career hat trick as she scored three goals in Maryland's 5-0 victory over Colorado.

Sarver is Maryland's leading scorer this season with 12 goals and five assists for 29 points this season. She is Maryland's all-time leader in goals (52), assists (31) and total points (135).
