At the 2000 ACC Field Hockey Championship banquet held Thursday, it was announced that field hockey Terrapins Rachel Hiskins (Victoria, Australia), Keli Smith (Selinsgrove, Pa.), Carla Tagliente (Cortland, N.Y.), Caroline Walter (Reilingen, Germany) and Autumn Welsh (Macungie, Pa.) were among the 14 field hockey players selected to the All-ACC Team. Maryland placed a league-most five student-athletes on the squad, followed by North Carolina with four.
