KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - Women's Golf Finishes 12th in Final Fall Tournament Junior Carter Crowther hits a third round 75 to ensure the Terps' 12th place finish
In the second day of the Edwin Watts/Palmetto Intercollegiate junior Carter Crowther (Kilmarnock, Va) carded a third-round 75 (+3) to help the Terps' hold on to their 12th place standing. The team's three-round total of 961 was good enough to seal the finish from the previous day's scores.
Yesterday's team leader, sophomore Marie Harper (West Point, Va.) (77-78-81-236) finished the tournament one stroke behind Crowther. Sophomore Katie Redeker's (Pepper Pike, Ohio) strong second and third rounds (85-77-78-240) were enough to boost her position from day one's tie for 69th place to a tie for 48th place and only five strokes behind Crowther.
The Terrapins finished the fall season with two top-10 finishes for the team, and two top 10 individual finishes.
