The University of Maryland men's and women's soccer teams held their annual media day activities on Aug. 28th on Ludwig Field.

Both teams posed for their team pictures, showcasing the Terps' new uniforms for 2001. Numerous reporters representing all parts of the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area were present to meet the Terps and talk about the upcoming season. Head coaches Shannon Higgins-Cirovski (women's soccer) and Sasho Cirovski (men's soccer) addressed reporters about their respective teams' season openers this weekend.

Higgins-Cirovski and her Terps host Towson on Friday night, Aug. 31 at 7 p.m. on Ludwig Field. The No. 15 men's team opens up at the Virginia/Coca-Cola Classic against No. 7 UCLA at 5 p.m. on Aug. 31.
