GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Atlantic Coast Conference 50th Anniversary Volleyball Team was announced today by Commissioner John Swofford. The 53-member team was voted on by the nine league institutions as decided by the league's 50th Anniversary Committee.

Duke led all league schools with ten members on the Golden Anniversary team while Clemson and North Carolina were tied for second with seven honorees each. Georgia Tech, Maryland and NC State each had six players selected, followed by Florida State (5), Virginia (4) and Wake Forest with two.
