
Clasper Completes Play In U.S. Women's Amateur

Erin Clasper improved on her first-round score by four strokes on Tuesday but it wasn't enough to advance to the match play portion of the U.S. Women's Amateur here at Sleepy Hollow CC.
Clasper, a senior-to-be from North Potomac, Md., fired a six-over 77 in Tuesday's second round after carding an 81 in the opening round on Monday. She finished with a two-day total of 158. The cut was 151.
