Former Terp Janss Scoring Plenty For WUSA's New York Power

Here's an update of former Maryland women's soccer players in their post college careers.
Midfielder Emily Janss has had a tremendous season for the WUSA's New York Power. Playing in all 19 games, Janss has seven goals and 15 points, ranking second on the team to league-leading scorer Tiffeny Milbrett. The Power has had a tough season on the field at 3-15-1, but have two games remaining.
In the W-League, former Terps Robin McCullough and Keri Sarver were both honored, earning all-league status for their play with the Maryland Pride.
McCullough was named to the first team after scoring six goals and adding eight assists for 20 points. The midfielder, who played at Maryland from 1995 to 1998, played all 1,285 minutes for the Pride. She had two game-winning goals and scored on the Pride's only penalty kick of the season. She became the team's franchise leader in minutes played finishing 2002 with 4,432. She has 13 goals and 15 assists in her Pride career.
Sarver, who spent 2001 with the WUSA's Washington Freedom, was named to the league's second team. At forward, Sarver scored nine goals and added seven assists for 25 points -- ranking ninth in the league in scoring. Sarver is Maryland's all-time leading scorer with 155 points over her career which spanned 1995-98.
