Total Player Camp
Thur., July 24 - Sun., July 27
The goal ofthis camp is skill training and improvement. A typical camp day consists of three sessions; two during the day when we work on offensive and defensive skills using intense, competitive and game-like drills, and an evening session in which players learn teamwork through match play.
High Performance Specialty Camp
Mon., July 28- Thur., July 31
This camp focuses on technique and execution. Time will be spent working on the connection between the setter and the hitter. Individual skill training will take place during the morning and some afternoon sessions with competition in the evenings.
*Setters - You will be drilled on all aspects of setting. We will teach you proper footwork and body mechanics of delivering a perfect set.
*Hitters - Our goal is to teach the components of the attack in a logical sequence, with a lot of repetition.
Serving Clinic
Fri., August 1
Serving can be an offensive weapon as valuable as a well-placed attack. If you're a beginner- learn the technique and be able to help your team immediately. For more skilled players, this clinic will provide an opportunity to improve your current serves.
Play Hard Team Camp
Sat., August 2 - Mon., August 4
If you want to get a jump on your fall high school competition, enroll your
team in this fun and challenging team camp. Drills and competitive games will be used to teach and train volleyball teamwork along with match play.
Teams must have a minimum of 9 players per team and all applications must be sent in together.
