POSITION TITLE: Assistant/Associate Director of Athletics for Operations & Facilities
DEPARTMENT: Intercollegiate Athletics
CATEGORY: Full-time, Exempt Staff (100135)
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Director of Athletics for Operations & Facilities serves as a senior level member of the Athletic Department and reports to the Associate AD for Internal Operations. This individual is responsible for directly managing the athletic department's facility operations, game day staff, and grounds department for an athletic program with 27 varsity sports. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordinating, and managing all competitions, events, or functions using
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience required. Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a facility and/or operations position. Preference will be given to individuals with demonstrated, successful managerial experience in collegiate athletics, especially at the Division I level. Ability to manage multiple projects to meet critical deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills.
SALARY: Commensurate with experience.
