
Field Hockey Parking Affected By Football Game This Weekend

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Maryland Field hockey fans attending the annual Terrapin Invitational at the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex on Saturday, Sept. 10 will be affected by the football parking. Lots will be regulated throughout the morning and fans will have to pay $10 to park. Fans are advised to arrive early as the football game is slated for a noon kickoff.
The parking will only affect the first day of the Terrapin Invitational which begins at 11 a.m. with the Terps taking on California. American then battles Stanford at approximately 1 p.m. The second day of the Invitational on Sunday, Sept. 11, parking will remain free. Games begin at 1 p.m.
Parking for the Terps' field hockey game vs. Virginia on Oct. 1 could also be affected. The football team hosts the Cavaliers on the same day, but a game time has not been announced.
