COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The University of Maryland Athletics Department and CSTV Networks, Inc., have teamed up to create Maryland All-Access, a new broadband channel that offers exclusive Terrapin content, including numerous live events. Maryland All-Access is available for Terrapin fans who want to receive unlimited access to Maryland games live and on-demand at no cost.
Maryland All-Access is a virtual stadium - a seamless Internet experience - where viewers can follow all of Maryland's athletic programs and all of the Terrapin content they desire without ever having to leave umterps.com. It will be a one-stop-shop for live games, news conferences, coaches shows, and up-to-the minute scores, news and highlights.
"At Maryland, we strive to be a leader nationally in terms of providing services to our fans, coaches and student-athletes," said associate athletics director Brian Ullmann. "Maryland All-Access will enable our fans to be part of the action on the Internet and will offer fans a comprehensive experience of what Terrapin athletics are all about."
The broadband channel includes audio content from football and men's and women's basketball, as well as press conferences and select audio feeds to Olympic Sports. Terrapin fans can sign up for this in-depth coverage of Maryland sports through www.umterps.com.
This new custom web site incorporates the latest in user interaction. Maryland fans who utilize this best-in-class, easy-to-use platform will navigate the channel by sport, news, videos and countless other criteria.
