2007 ACC Bowl Selection Process

COLLEGE PARK, Md. -
The University of Maryland football team is now bowl eligible after its 37-0 win over NC State on Saturday. The Terrapins will officially find out their bowl destination on Sunday, Dec. 2 after the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship is played on Saturday between Boston College and Virginia Tech, and the BCS selection process is concluded.
Maryland's most likely destinations are the Emerald Bowl in San Francisco, Calif., and the Roady's Humanitarian Bowl in Boise, Idaho.
Another possibility is the Meineke Car Care Bowl in Charlotte, N.C.

Terp fans are reminded that it's better to purchase tickets through the schools so you'll be able to sit with the Maryland faithful. Pre-orders for tickets for Maryland's bowl will be taken starting Monday at the Terrapin Ticket Office, on-line or via phone at 1-800-IM-A-TERP.
