GREENSBORO, N.C. - Game time for the University of Maryland's home football game versus Georgia Tech on Saturday, Oct. 6 has been set for noon ET, the Atlantic Coast Conference office announced Monday.

The matchup from Chevy Chase Bank Field at Byrd Stadium will be telecast regionally on the Raycom/Lincoln Financial Sports network.

Maryland (2-2, 0-1 ACC) plays at No. 10 Rutgers Saturday, while Georgia Tech (2-2, 0-2) entertains Clemson this weekend.

The Yellow Jackets, ranked No. 18 at the time, defeated the Terrapins, 27-23, last season in Atlanta.

Other Maryland game times will be announced at a later date. After the first three weeks of the season, ACC home games are selected on a 12-day option by ESPN/ABC or Lincoln Financial Sports/Raycom. Four times during the season, ESPN/ABC can choose certain ACC games on a six-day window.
