Conway Named Distinguished Lecturer at Hope College

HOLLAND, Michigan - Darryl Conway, Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine at the University of Maryland, has been invited to lecture at the Distinguished Lecture Series in Sports Medicine at Hope College.
Conway, who has overseen all medical and athletic training operations at Maryland since 2004, is tentatively scheduled to lecture this winter or early spring of 2009.
"This is a great honor to even be asked to be a part of this series," Conway said. "I am looking forward to the trip and the opportunity, as well as representing the University of Maryland in that capacity."
The Distinguished Lecture Series in Sports Medicine provides opportunities for health care professionals with an interest in physically-active patients to learn from the best and brightest representatives of the various disciplines that comprise the broad field of sports medicine.
