POSITION VACANCY
POSITION TITLE: Video Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Intercollegiate Athletics
CATEGORY: Exempt, Contractual (Contingent 2)
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Video Coordinator will primarily be responsible for coordinating the video needs of the Olympic sports programs, including the production of opponent and self-scout cutups, taping television games, and producing end of season highlight videos. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with the video needs of men's and women's basketball, maintaining video equipment, coordinating the linear and non linear storage of past games, and recruiting and supervising student staff. Will assist with other duties as assigned. This individual will be required to work non-standard hours and travel to numerous athletic and related events.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, experience and training required. Must have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in field acquisition of athletic events, coach's angle or tight footage, and creating cutups. Preference will be given to individuals with formal training using Sports Tec Game Analysis systems.
SALARY: Commensurate with experience.
