Terps Women's Soccer Welcomes Nine For 2009

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Maryland women's soccer head coach Brian Pensky welcomes nine high school standouts from seven different states to the Terrapin soccer program for the 2009 season as part of National Signing Day.
"As always, this is such an exciting day - we officially welcome another outstanding group of student-athletes into our program," said Pensky. "As a whole, this collection of kids is extremely technical. They are also varied in terms of where they play on the field. We virtually have every position covered in this recruiting class. Our coaching staff just can't wait until they're on campus for good."
Coming to College Park to don the red and black will be defender Bailey Bodell (Boyds, Md.), midfielder/forward Megan Gibbons (Ellicott City, Md.), midfielder Domenica Hodak (West Sayville, N.Y.), forward Danielle Hubka (Strongsville, Ohio), goalkeeper Lianne Maldonado (Clifton, N.J.), forward Caitlin Mooney (Edmond, Oak.), defender Erica Page (Bowie, Md.), midfielder Olivia Wagner (Boulder, Colo.) and goalkeeper Shannon Zickler (Sellersville, Pa.).
