Field Hockey Schedule Changes for Wildcat Classic Announced

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The University of Maryland field hockey team's opening weekend of play at Northwestern's Wildcat Classic has undergone several scheduling changes, head coach Missy Meharg announced today.
The Terrapins' season-opener versus Ohio on Aug. 28 in Evanston, Ill., remains unaffected. However, Maryland will face Boston University on day two of the event (Aug. 29) before squaring off with the host Wildcats on Aug. 31.
It was previously released that the Terps would face Northwestern on day two and the BU Terriers in the finale.
Game times have also changed to 3 p.m. ET versus Ohio and 1 p.m. ET starts versus Boston University and Northwestern.
