
League Announces '12 Days of ACC Football' to Preview 2009 Season

GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Atlantic Coast Conference announced Monday that the league's official website, theACC.com, will feature a special preseason football preview of the conference's schools entitled "The 12 Days of ACC Football 2009: The Road to Tampa Bay".
The series, a virtual preview tour of the league's 12 football programs, began Monday, with a look at Boston College and will continue for 12 consecutive days concluding on Friday, Aug. 14 with the ACC's defending champion Virginia Tech.
The teams will be revealed in alphabetical order by division, first Atlantic Division; then Coastal Division.
The Maryland preview will be posted Thursday.
New this year, each team's preview will be written by that school's campus correspondent for TheRoadtoTampaBay.com. Each team page will also include a preseason video, preview information from the ACC media guide and important links for each team.
The 2009 ACC Football Championship Game will be played in Tampa Bay at Raymond James Stadium on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
