Tracy Named to All-ACC Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Maryland's Brendan Tracy was named to the 18-member All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Men's Golf Team, the league recently announced.
Tracy, an American Studies major at Maryland, will be a senior in the upcoming 2009-10 season. The New York, N.Y., native ranked fourth for the Terrapins last season with a 74.6 stroke average.
To be eligible for consideration for the All-ACC Academic Team, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
