ELLICOTT CITY, Md. - Five current Maryland football players and a former Terp connected for a special event Thursday evening.
DL Justin Anderson, DB Avery Graham, QB Jamarr Robinson, DL Isaiah Ross and TE Lansford Watson were joined by former offensive lineman and current Washington Redskin Edwin Williams for a reading session at Ilchester Elementary School.
The group was invited to participate in the school's guest reading program by Tracey Albright who serves as Ilchester's reading specialist.
It was the first visit to Ilchester for the Terps, though they regularly visit local elementary schools as part of the TERP reading program.
The players joined the students and their families after the session for a meet-and-greet.
