
Women's Golf Finishes Season at FIU

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The University of Maryland women's golf team will wrap up its fall season Sunday at the 33rd Annual Pat Bradley Golf Championship, hosted by Florida International in Fort Myers, Fla.
The Terps are coming off of a first-place finish on Oct. 12 at the Lady Pirate Invitational, in which sophomore Christine Shimel led all competitors with an overall 212. Both Shimel and Jessica Hollandsworth were named to the Lady Pirate All-Tournament team.
Other schools participating in the event include: Bethune-Cookman, Cincinnati, Daytona State, Drake, Florida Atlantic, Florida International, Florida Gulf Coast, Murray State, North Texas, Oakland, South Alabama, Stetson, Troy and Western Michigan.
The Pat Bradley Golf Championship is being held at the Pelican Preserve & Country Club's Heron & Egret golf courses. Maryland will begin Round One play Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Live scoring will be available on www.golfstat.com.
