COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland field hockey team (10-1, 3-0 ACC), ranked No. 2 in the latest Kookaburra / NFHCA Division I National Coaches Poll, will play host to No. 14 Duke (6-6, 0-3 ACC) and Pacific (2-7) this weekend at the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex. The Terps will play the Blue Devils Saturday at 1 p.m. and the Tigers Sunday at noon.

The Terrapins own the series over Duke, 25-7-3. They last lost to the Blue Devils in 2008. The Terps have beaten the Tigers three times, most recently in 2006.

Maryland is coming off of a two-week road trip that included games against four teams ranked in the top 20. Head coach Missy Meharg earned her 400th career win in a 4-3 victory at No. 19 Michigan Sunday.

Senior Katie O'Donnell was named the Atlantic Coast Conference's Player of the Week on Tuesday. Over the Terps' three games last week, she had five goals and two assists. The Terrapins have claimed the league's weekly honor four of the first six weeks of the year and the last three straight.

Both games will be played at the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex in College Park and will be broadcast live on WMUCSports.com. Gametracker live stats will be available.
