Shannon Simerly was named the CWPA Southern Division Co-Player of the Week on Tuesday.

Simerly led the Terps to a 2-1 record at last weekend's Bison Invitational by netting six goals. He had two goals in Sunday's 11-4 win over Wagner and potted one in Saturday's 9-3 victory over Gannon.

The senior also posted three goals in Sunday's 5-4 loss to Marist. She has a team-high 16 goals on the season and has at least two in five of the team's six games.

She shared the award with Kandis Canonica of Bucknell University.
