
Reyes Named Division Co-Defensive POW

BRIDEGEPORT, Pa. - Goalie Shelby Reyes was named the Collegiate Water Polo Association Southern Division Co-Defensive Player of the Week on Thursday.
Reyes, who shared the award with Allison Carter of Bucknell, made a career-high 14 saves in Friday's 13-12 overtime loss to 11th-ranked Hartwick in the opening round of the CWPA Eastern Championship.
The sophomore also chipped in nine saves in the other two games, helping the Terps to a seventh-place finish with Sunday's 12-11 win over Harvard.
The award marks the first time Reyes has been recognized by the CWPA league office for a weekly honor.
On Nov. 8 2025, Malik Washington rushed for a career-high 164 yards at Rutgers.
