The Terps
Maryland enters the tournament following the most successful regular season in school history. The Terps won a school record three tournament titles and have placed in the top 2 in 6 of 8 tournaments this year.
With a 73.58 18-hole scoring average, freshman Juliet Vongphoumy is ranked third in the ACC and is tops among freshmen. The Providence, R.I., native has five top-10 finishes this year including three second place finishes most recently at the Palmetto Intercollegiate in October to end the fall season.
