Sunday's match vs. the Tigers will be the first game of a women's-men's doubleheader, which will end with the No. 6 Maryland men's soccer team taking on Cal at 7 p.m.
Tickets for the Maryland-Towson game will be available on game day at the Ludwig Field ticket booth. Tickets for the doubleheader are $8 for adults and $5 for youth and seniors. Maryland students are admitted free with a valid student ID.

Maryland's student-run radio station, WMUC, will also be broadcasting both matches this weeked and can be heard at WMUCsports.com.
Maryland had a short turnaround for a match at Villanova that ended in a 0-0 tie (recap | stats). Shannon Zickler filled in for Rachelle Beanlands in net for the Terps and made four saves to record her first career shutout.
The Terps outshot the Buckeyes, 19-10, but Ohio State took advantage of a Maryland defensive lapse to pull out a 1-0 upset (recap | stats) in Columbus, Ohio.
The Patriots opened the season with a 2-0 loss at St. John's before returning to Fairfax, Va., to win a pair of 2-1 decisions over local rivals American and George Washington.
George Mason's game vs. Navy was postponed a day due to inclement weather and the Midshipmen pulled out 3-2 win, scoring two goals in the game's final 10 minutes.
Maryland and George Mason have played 19 times previously with the Terps holding a 13-5-1 series edge. The last time the two teams met was 2010 and Maryland pulled out a 2-1 ovetime win over the Patriots thanks to a pair of goals by Jasmyne Spencer.
The Tigers dropped one-goal decisions at DePaul and at Valparasio to open the season and then fell at Mount St. Mary's, 4-1.
Towson will play its entire non-conference schedule on the road and will not have a home match until Sept. 28 when the Tigers host Old Dominion.
Maryland leads the all-time series vs. the Tigers 5-0-2, including a 0-0 tie to open the 2006 season. The Terps have outscored Towson 20-2 in the seven all-time meetings.
The Terps recorded 20 straight wins over non-ACC foes before tying Georgetown, 1-1, in second round of the NCAA tournament in 2010. Maryland is now 29-2-4 in its last 35 non-conference games. The Terps had been unbeaten in 31-straight non-conference games prior to losing, 1-0, at Oklahoma State in the Sweet 16 of the 2011 NCAA tournament. So far this season Maryland has defeated Navy, 3-0, tied Villanova, 0-0, and dropped a 1-0 decision at Ohio State.
Through the seasons, the Terps have had a knack for shutting teams out at Ludwig Field. Maryland has won 74 of its 115 victories (64.3%) at Ludwig Field via shutout. Add in the 12 0-0 ties the Terps have had at Ludwig Field and it totals 86 times that Maryland has shutout its opponent in 183 games (47.0%).
