Honored Terps
The Maryland women's soccer program has a long history of its student-athletes being recognized for outstanding performances on the field and in the class room. Some notable examples are:
Jasmyne Spencer: Became the program's first NSCAA All-American since 1996 with her fourth-team selection in 2010.
Caitlin McDowell: The first Maryland women's soccer player to be a CoSIDA Academic All-American and was named the 2010 ACC Women's Soccer Scholar Athlete of the Year.
Mary Casey: A first team All-ACC goalkeeper who was also a CoSIDA Academic All-District honoree
Erin Taylor: 1996 ACC Player of the Year
Kimmy Francis: A four-time All-ACC selection
Keri Sarver: Maryland's all-time leader in points, goals and assists was a 1998 All-American.
