• Started 13 of 22 games this season, giving her 82 consecutive games played streak dating to her first game as a freshman.
• Played 1252 minutes mostly in a defensive midfielder role.
• 11th career assist came Audra Poulin goal vs. GW (9/22).
• Stands tied for 12th all-time in UM history in career assists with 11.
• Set the school record for assists in a game with three against Howard (10/11/00), which was tied by Jenny Biscoe on 9/6/02.
On Jarzyniecki: Enters her senior season having played in all 60 games at Maryland … ranks 11th all-time in career assists with 10 … a consummate workhorse … an engine in the midfield according to Higgins-Cirovski … works hard to win balls back defensively … a very consistent player … a technically solid and tactically-aware player who completes a well-rounded midfield.
As a junior (2002): Played in all 19 games, starting 17 … has played every game at Maryland since she came in as a freshman … played 1,554 minutes as a junior as a solid, consistent midfielder … tallied three assists to give her 10 in her career … notched first two assists of the year vs. Rutgers (10/24) … assisted Jen Biscoe's goal vs. Mount St. Mary's (10/30).
As a sophomore (2000): Played and started in all 19 games in the midfield … led the team in assists with five … opened the year assisting on the Terps' first two goals of the season … her corner kick set up Carly Viher for the only goal in a 1-0 victory at Rutgers (8/25) in the season opener … assisted the first of Sara Gustafson's three goals in the upset win over No. 4 Penn State (8/29) … set a Maryland school record with three assists in a game, against Howard (10/11) … became the first Terp to post three helpers in a game after numerous two-assist efforts since the program began in 1987 … her assist total vs. Howard also set a Ludwig Field record.
As a freshman (1999): Played all 22 games, starting eight … drew first starting nod against UCLA (9/6) to begin stretch of four consecutive starts … picked up first college point as she assisted Kim King's goal late in the 43rd minute against William & Mary (10/2) … returned to starting lineup in the ACC Tournament and recorded second assist against Duke (11/4) in the first round as her pass to Lindsay Basalyga led to Jackie Mynarski's game-winning goal … started both NCAA Tournament games.
