FIELD HOCKEY & LACROSSE COMPLEX & DIRECTIONS TO FACILITY
The premier, state-of-the-art home of the three-time national champions seats 1,400 spectators and meets the highest field standards of the Federation of International Hockey (F.I.H.). Opened in 2003 with a water-based Astroturf 12 playing surface, the fan-friendly facility is located on Paint Branch Drive (off Route 193) adjacent to Comcast Center.

Phase I of construction featured the construction of the playing surface, a remote watering system and fan seating which opened for the 2003 field hockey season. A large scoreboard and messaging center were also installed for that season.

Phase II and III of the project are in near completion. Permanent men's and women's bathrooms were in use at the start of the 2005 campaign. Team locker rooms for the field hockey and lacrosse teams, visiting teams and officials, as well as a full concourse level plaza with concession areas are expected to be completed sometime during the current season.

In 2004, the facility was officially designated a Regional USFHA training site and became the home facility of the U.S. Under-21 National Team and the USFHA Elite Program Training Center Maryland Thundersticks.
