1993 NCAA Champions
Six years after winning their first NCAA championship in 1987, the Terps capture their second title in 1993, the first under head coach Missy Meharg. They defeated North Carolina, again, 2-1, in penalty strokes. A school-record six Maryland players earn All-America honors. Lori Vile becomes the first Terp to win the ACC Rookie of the Year Award.
