Before Maryland: Led Westminster to a 57-1-2 record during her high school career paced a defense that recorded a combined total of 23 shutouts her junior and senior seasons named all-state, all-county and all-conference her senior season the Star Ledger Player of the Year and a junior and senior the Baltimore Sun Player of the Year her senior season as a senior, she was a member of the United States Field Hockey Association's (USFHA) Chesapeake Region Futures Under-19 team that won the gold medal at the Futures national tournament.
