On Rappolt: After playing a reserve role in 1997, she became a full-time starter last season hard working and courageous in games and practices.
1998 season: Started all 22 games scored her first career goal against Delaware on Sept. 22 also scored a goal against Bucknell on Oct. 13 finished second on the team with two defensive saves.
1997 season: Saw action in 18 games and started twice.
1996 season: A redshirt season.
Before Maryland: A three-time all-conference selection at the Tower Hill School named all-state her senior season Tower Hill won the state championship her sophomore season a member of the United States Field Hockey Association's (USFHA) Chesapeake Region Under-19 Future's team her junior and senior seasons.
Personal: Born Feb. 16, 1978 parents are Pam and Bill Rappolt majoring in sociology and psychology.
