1999 season: A preseason All-American pick by College Soccer Online, Califf scored two goals for the Terps this year while providing a formidable presence on the backline for Maryland … Califf is one of only four players to start every game for the Terps in 1999 … scored goals against Marshall on Sept. 8 and Wisconsin on Nov. 6 … a sophomore defender, Califf was chosen as a “player to watch” for the Missouri Athletic Club's Player of the Year race … a member of the Maryland/Fila Preseason all-tournament team, he was also one of two Terps selected to the adidas/IU Credit Union Classic's all-tournament team.
