The Development Coordinator will work as a member of the Athletics Development staff, reporting to the Director of Strategic Engagement. Responsibilities include managing specific Terrapin Club Scholarship Fund operations by supporting fundraising efforts through the management of front line operations as the customer service manager; project management such as Maryland Basketball and Football Hospitality events, TCSF donor events and other duties as assigned by the Athletic Development Leadership Team.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent years of experience. Three to five years of experience working in a customer service environment involving development, operations, or related external relations environment required. Ability to set priorities, handle multiple assignments and deadlines, and display good judgment while operating in a flexible and professional manner. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point preferred. Knowledge of or experience with various database systems, including Advance and Paciolan preferred.
