Gift Acceptance Coordinator

The Gift Acceptance Coordinator is responsible for managing gifts received from the Terrapin Club, Foundation accounts, and all fundraising initiatives within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to,: creating and submitting analytical reports of gifts received as well as analyzing gift trends, fundraising opportunities and prospect identification to guide increased gifting results; manage and maintain the donor database, provide staff with training and documentation in Paciolan, CRM (Customer Relations Management) and Advance software; coordinate annual scholarship fund mailings and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent years of experience. Minimum of five year's experience in gift processing and data system management in an athletic or similar environment. Experience with Paciolan, PacMail, Advance, Microsoft Word and Excel strongly preferred.
