Assistant Coach-Softball

Assist the Head Coach with the organization, development and implementation of a competitive, NCAA Division I women's softball program that competes in the Big Ten Conference. Responsibilities include recruiting, scouting, coaching, travel coordination, program administration, fund-raising and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Develop and maintain effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni and the general public. Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to full academic development of student-athletes are essential.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. At least two years of coaching competitive softball required. Two years coaching and/or competing at the NCAA Division 1, professional or international level is preferred.
