
Maryland Field Hockey BTN Plus Schedule Released

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The top-ranked Maryland field hockey team will have 12 of its remaining regular season games showcased on the Big Ten family of networks, which includes the Big Ten Network and BTN Plus on BTN2Go.
Ten of the Terrapins' matchups will be shown online through BTN Plus on BTN2Go and the Big Ten's mobile apps. These games include
09/05/14 – vs. #2 North Carolina
09/14/14 – vs. Temple
09/26/14 – at #17 Michigan
09/28/14 – at #16 Michigan State
10/05/16 – vs. #9 Old Dominion
10/12/14 – vs. Penn
10/19/14 – vs. Rutgers
10/24/14 – at Indiana
10/29/14 – vs. #19 American
11/01/14 - vs. #20 Iowa
These 10 games can be seen online through a subscription fee. Fans can access all Big Ten content across all sports and schools on BTN Plus for $119.95 per year or a $14.95 monthly subscription. A Maryland School Pass, which includes all Maryland athletics contests, home and away, on BTN Plus for $79.95 per year or for a $9.95 monthly subscription. This service is available world-wide.
Two of Maryland's games, Oct. 3 vs. Ohio State and Oct. 10 vs. Penn State, will be available on the Big Ten Network. Click here to get your channel number for BTN. BTN is available on all major video providers, including DIRECTV, Verizon FiOS, AT&T U-verse, Cablevision Optimum, Charter Communications, Comcast Xfinity, Cox Communications, Mediacom, Time Warner Cable, RCN, WOW!, and about 300 additional video providers across North America.
These two matchups can also be seen on BTN2Go, as well as the Big Ten's mobile apps. Fans will need to enter their cable login information to watch online. Next, Maryland (2-0) will return home to host No. 2 North Carolina (2-0) Friday at 4 p.m. at the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex. Admission is free for the Terps-Tar Heels game. Parking will be open in lot 11, the lot directly next to the Field Hockey & Lacrosse Complex, at 2 p.m. Prior to 2 p.m., cars are subject to ticketing.

The Terrapins were tabbed as the nation's No. 1 team in the Penn Monto/NFHCA Division I Preseason poll released Aug. 26.
