Hey Terp Fans!
After 6 long weeks filled with Sunday run days, tough lifts, high energy Beach Bod dance videos, yoga, pool workouts, and Zumba, the GymTerps have officially completed Bootcamp! The GymTerps are now entering their second phase of preseason. Everyone is a little stronger and ready to start putting routines together!
We started off the week strong with a new Sunday lift. Ryan, our strength coach, decided to mix our Sunday workout up a bit since Bootcamp is over. Although most of the exercises were new and a little tricky, the Gymterps picked up on them with ease. On Monday and Tuesday the Gymterps killed it in the gym by putting together routines with lots of exciting new skills, earning us a nice, relaxing day off on Wednesday! Thursday and Friday were not only great days in the gym, but also beautiful days outside too! Several Gymterps enjoyed watching the football game against Penn State in Baltimore on Saturday as well!
