Terps Cap Fall Season at Palmetto Intercollegiate

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C.—Freshman Ludovica Farina continued her strong play, posting a team-low score of 228 (72-78-78) as the Maryland women's golf team finished 19th at the 2015 Palmetto Intercollegiate.
Farina finished tied for 45th after concluding the first round with a team tournament-low round of 72. She finished at +12.
Senior Heidi Baek finished the tournament with a 230 (77-76-77), placing tied for 57th. Junior Panitta Yusabai came in 82nd, scoring a three-round tally of 238 (81-78-79).
Senior Brooke Kochevar finished the tournament scoring her best round 77 on the final day en route to scoring a 239 (82,80,77) after three rounds of play. Freshman Ludovica Scandroglio ended the tournament with a score of 248, finishing tied for 97th.
The Terps will travel to San Juan, Puerto Rico on Feb. 13 to compete in Lady Puerto Rico Classic to kick off the spring season.
