COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The University of Maryland has announced increased security measures for all future Maryland Athletic Events, which will include Maryland's football game against Indiana Saturday at noon.

Senior Day festivities will begin at 11:45 a.m.

For Maryland's regular season home finale, gates will open  at 10:30 a.m. and fans should plan on leaving early for the game to avoid long lines with these additional security measures.

All persons and their belongings will be subject to search prior to admittance. Fans are permitted to bring small bags up to 8" x 11" x 12" in size to the stadium.

All other bags, including backpacks, will not be allowed. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. The University of Maryland cannot safeguard items which are not permitted into the stadium.

Fans attending the game should be prepared for the screening process to occur at all stadium gates. Students with tickets and their UMCP identification card can enter the game through Gate D and E.

Parking Lots will be open six hours prior to kickoff.
