G'day Terp fans!
This past weekend was an incredible one! The GymTerps scored a season high 196.000 and three BIG wins in our final home meet! There were also numerous career-highs scored by Ebony, Kathy, Leah, Sarah and Evelyn, as well as season-high total scores on bars and floor! What a great way to thank our seniors for everything they have done for this team.
Family members of the seniors made their way to XFINITY on Sunday to help give our seniors the farewell they deserve. It was an evening full of emotion and celebration and definitely one that we will all treasure forever.
To all the Terp fans that have supported us in the XFINITY Center this season, thank you. I am writing on behalf of the GymTerps, when I say that because of your unconditional support this season, we have managed to accomplish great things at home as well as break the attendance record twice!
As they say, there is no rest for the weary – the GymTerps are already back in to practice, getting in as many hours as possible before we head to Nebraska this weekend for the B1G 5 Meet against Nebraska, Illinois, Michigan State and Ohio State. Tune it on the Big Ten Network on Saturday, March 14 at 1pm ET.
