- Freshmen Megan Whittle and Taylor Hensh and senior transfer Alex Fitzpatrick have made immediate contributions to the top-ranked Terps.
- Whittle has scored 11 goals in four games, good for second on the team. She tallied hat tricks against North Carolina, Hofstra and UMBC. Whittle came to Maryland as the top-ranked player in the class of 2015.
- Hensh has seen time in all three games as a reserve attacker, and broke out with a hat trick against Lehigh.
