Director of Operations-Women?s Lacrosse

The Director of Operations-Women's Lacrosse will assist the Head Coach for Women's Lacrosse with the organization, development and implementation of a nationally competitive, Division I intercollegiate program. Specific responsibilities include: coordinating all aspects of team and recruiting travel and logistics, managing the operating and scholarship budget, coordinating facility and practice schedules, assisting with the ordering, distribution, and collection of athletic equipment, organizing and managing recruiting and prospect days, arranging special events, including fundraising, developing and coordinating community outreach programs, editing film and cutting home and away opponents games to enhance individual and team performance, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required and at least two (2) years of experience playing and/or coaching lacrosse at the NCAA Division I level. A minimum of two years of experience in lacrosse operations at the NCAA Division I level and/or coaching experience at the high school, Junior College or Division II or Division III level is preferred.
